Black Mua Awards is a prestigious awards ceremony that brings together the creme de la creme of the beauty and fashion industry.  This award not only honours exceptional talent but also serve as a focal point for networking and collaboration within the Black Make up artists, fashion designers and photographers in the United Kingdom.

 

The award ceremony recognise and celebrates the outstanding achievements and contributions of fashion designers, makeup artists and photographers by bringing together industry professionals, influencers, and enthusiasts to honor the creativity, skill, and innovation within the industry.

Eligibity

​

We are seeking artistic professionals who can create flawless 'looks' we see at many events and have in turn influenced many major trends in the consumer industry. Our wide ranging domain of these artists include those in the private and social events, television, films and so on.

 

All practitioners living in the United Kingdom are eligible to enter for the award process.

 

Make up artists, Nail technicians, Photographers, Hair and Gele stylists and Salons, including those emerging.

Entrants must be resident in the UK. It is expected that award winners will not only have an outstanding record of personal achievements but will have also made significant contributions to the advancement of make up artistry; contributions to the work of the industry would also be considered appropriate in this instance.

Entry Criteria

All entrants must be nominated, the award committee will inform the nominees prior to the selection process.

​

All nominees must submit the following:

​

  • A short biography

  • A statement, up to 250 words in length, detailing the entrant's achievements.

  • A clear picture or video of entrant's portfolios.
