GETTING STARTED

 

The first step to the judging process is to fill in our online registration form, so that you can select which categories you' d like to  enter. Once that is done, you would have been  successfully registered, and we can then send you details of the criteria we are going to use  and marking process for that category. There will be strict submission deadlines, so prompt response will be a good idea.

Awards will begin with an initial shortlist based on the entry criteria, Judges are asked to read through all entries and award points. the highest scoring entries are shortlisted,  making it through to the second round.

Entrants will receive an email detailing whether or not they have being shortlisted

All shortlisted entrants will have their names/business names on our website for the voting process.

 All shortlisted entrant will be included in the ballot on our website and can refer anyone there to vote, there will be a strict voting deadline . After the deadline, numbers of votes will be counted and the total added to the initial points scored, a percentage score will be calculated for each entry.

All finalists will be asked to submit a 200 word supporting statement plus pictures or video of work completed  to our email blackmuawards@gmail.com. A strict deadline will be maintained.

 

 

RESULTS

Results of  voting are not known until the BMUA Awards presentation ceremony when names of the winners are delivered in a sealed envelopes.
